"I have been working in the field of education for over a decade as shown by my list of publications presentations and workshops. Early in my career I learnt that student-teacher communication is critical to me for an effective education. The better the communication the better I understand my students. A better understanding helps me fulfil their needs leading to an optimal learning experience. That is why I attach great importance to relationships: listening understanding and finding solutions are a priority for me. I especially enjoy teamwork because different disciplines and perspectives have helped me evolve in the field of education and also enabled me to be more productive. I began my career as a project and education coordinator before moving on to astronomy and science applications trainer roles. My career then progressed to delivering curriculum development training to teachers and teacher candidates. Among my responsibilities in this role were producing educational materials and teaching the application of these materials. Since I am an astronomer by training I am currently studying astronomy education topics in the science education''s curriculum in Department of Mathematic and Science Education in Hacettepe University and working in Faculty of Education in Univercity of Malta as EU Project Officer. "
